Bad Breath? WTH

I know everyone can agree with me on this one. Sometime or another we have all come in contact with someone whose breath smelled like they had a musty man on their tongue with shit (or DOO DOO) on his shoe. Did you confront them to tell them about this serious problem that is sweeping the work place or did you choose to keep it to yourself. I mean is it a constitutional right we have as Americans to let your breath get like this if so someone please set me straight .
