The title is kind of misleading. It didn't really talk about a brain drain just immigrant vs. native Black people in America. Which is foolish to even bother comparing because they come from different worlds.
It's useless to compare a set of people who specifically come to a new land to improve their lives to a set of people who have been marginalized and dehumanized for 5+ generations.
Immigrant-native relations have always been tense since the beginning, when the Irish came to America, and the English didn't enjoy their company. Then Italians came and Irish communities didn't welcome them, so forth, so on, etc, etc.
