Groundhog Day For Black Unemployment Rate???? SMH

After reading this article I can't help but think about the seriousness of this subject. The unemployment rate is becoming an epidemic for everyone in America. At the same time African Americans are absorbing the bulk of this problematic situation while being labeled as lazy. Now I don't know if we can blame anyone else for this problem but ourselves but of course I'll receive a little flak for saying that we are asleep as a people. So as a result if we don't better and prepare ourselves for a job we as a people will continue to be complacent. Read the article and let me know what you think?  Black Unemployment Rate
